On Saturday 4 August 1917, Liberia declared war on Germany as tropical Pluto in Cancer, from the 9th House of foreign affairs, trined the natal Ascendant. Transiting Pluto also sextiled the 7th House cusp (war, perceived enemies).

7/22 Transiting Pluto will square Liberia’s natal Midheaven on Wednesday, 6 March of 2024. This planet carries 1st Ray power and will come into prominence starting in late February and last till July. This will correspond to a push establish a completely new image for the world. The 4th cusp will also receive the square. Extreme land policies may be enacted.
