“African Astrology,” as used here, refers to astrology or the astronomic and astrological conditioning and governing energies, which pour through and upon the whole energetic field of Africa and her people.

The African Astrologer Letter can be compared to a legislative or parliamentary report, prepared by a hypothetical Minister of Astrology, who uses the horoscope of an African country, in addition to other useful information, to aid and advise an African head of state or cabinet, in making key decisions.
